Michelle S. Elliott, CPA joined the firm in January, 2008. She graduated from North Carolina Wesleyan College with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.
Michelle has prior experience in public accounting and most recently in private industry. Michelle missed the client interaction and wanted to get back into public accounting. She said, “I am so proud to be a part of Roberson CPA Firm, PLLC because we truly value our clients, however great or small the job.”
Michelle is a native of Durham, NC and lives here with her husband, Jerry, daughter, Chandler, and son, Chase. Jerry is retired from the Durham Police Department after a 24 year career in law enforcement.
If she isn’t in her office, Michelle is probably carting Chandler or Chase to anything from piano and dance lessons to baseball, volleyball, soccer, or basketball practices. She enjoys reading, scrapbooking, and cheering for the Tarheels when she finds some “spare time!” She is also a Board Member at Bethesda Christian Academy and an active member at Bethesda Baptist Church in Durham. Michelle is also a member of the North Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
